Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 23 October 2026

CareerGuru AI Pro is a digital service paid for with one-time payments. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; Pro simply ends when your period finishes.

When we refund

You were charged twice for the same plan.

Your payment succeeded but Pro was not activated and we cannot fix it.

A technical problem on our side stopped you from using Pro and we could not resolve it.

Please write to us within 7 days of the payment.

When we do not refund

Once Pro is active and working, the payment is generally non-refundable, including for change of mind or unused time.

How to ask

Email careerguru.support@gmail.com from your registered email with your payment ID (from the Razorpay receipt). We reply within 2 to 3 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
