Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use CareerGuru AI (“we”, “us”), an AI career assistant for students and early-career job seekers. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Tools that analyze your profile, resume and job descriptions, suggest career paths, and answer career questions using AI.

2. Your account

You must give a valid email address and verify it. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under 18, please use the app with a parent or guardian.

3. AI results are guidance only

AI can make mistakes. Scores, matches and advice are suggestions, not guarantees of a job, interview or salary, and not professional advice. Please check important details yourself.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan has limited use. Pro Monthly costs ₹99 for 30 days and Pro Yearly costs ₹799 for 365 days (current prices are always shown in the app before you pay). All prices are in Indian rupees.

Payments are one-time and processed by Razorpay. Plans do not renew automatically. Pro starts after your payment is confirmed. Buying again while Pro is active extends it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or bypass limits, no sharing accounts, and no uploading content that is illegal or belongs to someone else without permission.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter or upload. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

We may improve, change or pause features, and update prices for future purchases. We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your data anytime from Profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
